There is also a playroom (which can turn into a bedroom) and a tv/room that opens onto a private back yard with a balcony and grill. The bottom level features two bedrooms and a bathroom, providing a perfect quiet space for restful sleep. One room has a king-sized bed and the other a bunk bed and space for a full-size mattress. Discount for monthlong stays: $6,800 We live on the 4th floor of a small condominium with elevator access straight into the apartment, making this a great option for families with young kids or folks who find stairs challenging. The space is light-filled, spacious, very comfortable and fully equipped. We have 3 bedrooms (king, full, and single that can be converted into a double), 2 full bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area and a big balcony out back looking down on a cluster of backyards. Windows in front and back offer a wonderful cross breeze on warm summer days. Minisplit AC and fans in all rooms provide respite from the heat. We can host 5 guests comfortably, 6 is doable but a bit of a squeeze. Our condo community is awesome; everyone is quiet, respectful and helpful. We are located in Prospect Heights, on Washington Ave between St. Marks and Bergen. We have a townhome in Clifton Pl, two stories plus basement. We can sleep 8-9 kids/adults comfortably: primary suite (queen bed, en suite bathroom), kids room (bunk bed, nugget; hall bathroom), and in the basement we have flex sleeping (queen futon, two twin futons; full bathroom). We also have an office, and a second workspace setup in the basement. We have a small back patio. Very well set up for kids (ours are 5 & 8) though we no longer have baby things. We're gone most long weekends and for longer stretches over the summer. We prefer longer stays and will require a cleaning fee.

We love our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn and hope you will too. Our townhouse is our peaceful retreat in the city, with comfortable and spacious living spaces and modern, renovated kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We use our backyard and balcony almost every day when we can. We live on a quiet residential block close to a lively Malcolm X Blvd, with great bars and restaurants around the corner, and the express A train (and local C line) into Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn are less than 10 minutes away. Multiple playgrounds and the beautiful Saratoga Park in short walking distance. Our kids’ room features a convertible crib and a full size twin bed. The smaller bedrooms features a twin bed and also functions as our home office. Laundry is located on the ground floor. Travelers should be aware we have a tenant on our first floor, so we try to minimize noise early in the morning and late in the evening (including avoiding laundry at those hours if possible).
