We have a townhome in Clifton Pl, two stories plus basement. We can sleep 8-9 kids/adults comfortably: primary suite (queen bed, en suite bathroom), kids room (bunk bed, nugget; hall bathroom), and in the basement we have flex sleeping (queen futon, two twin futons; full bathroom). We also have an office, and a second workspace setup in the basement. We have a small back patio. Very well set up for kids (ours are 5 & 8) though we no longer have baby things. We're gone most long weekends and for longer stretches over the summer. We prefer longer stays and will require a cleaning fee.
